End User License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading the Go SaaS Kit ("Software"), you agree to the following terms:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the following purposes:

• Personal Projects: You may build unlimited applications for your own use.
• Client Projects: You may build applications for clients, provided the source code is not the primary deliverable (i.e., you are delivering a finished app, not selling a "starter kit" to them).

2. RESTRICTIONS (What you CANNOT do)

• No Resale: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the Software or any part of its source code as a competing product, starter kit, or template.
• No Open Source: You may not release the source code of this kit publicly (e.g., on a public GitHub repository) where others can access it for free.

3. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of the product (source code), all sales are final.

4. OWNERSHIP

Shaishmoelov (Go SaaS Kit) retains all ownership and copyright of the original source code. You own the specific modifications and applications you build on top of it.
